Full Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all registered players on the phjl platform operating in the Philippines.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

  • You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the phjl platform, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations.
  • Registration is open to residents of the Philippines only. By creating an account, you confirm that you are legally permitted to participate in online sports betting and entertainment activities in your jurisdiction.
  • Each player is permitted to hold only one account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. phjl reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the details you have provided at any time.
  • Account credentials — including your username and password — are your sole responsibility. You must not share your login details with any other person. phjl will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.
  • phjl reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for the decision.

2. Identity Verification (KYC)

  • Deposits are credited to your account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. phjl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network issues outside of our control.
  • Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of identity verification. Once verified, withdrawal requests are processed as quickly as possible, with same-day processing available for eligible accounts. Processing times may vary depending on the payment channel selected and the volume of requests being handled at the time.

  • Any attempt to manipulate the payment system, exploit technical errors, or conduct transactions in bad faith will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of the relevant funds. phjl cooperates fully with payment providers and regulatory bodies in investigating suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Sports Betting and Platform Use

  • phjl offers sports betting and casino-style entertainment for eligible registered players in the Philippines. All bets are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for reviewing their selections carefully before submitting any wager.
  • phjl reserves the right to void, suspend, or cancel any bet or game outcome where there is evidence of technical error, data feed failure, or any form of manipulation or collusion. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account.
  • Odds, markets, and available events are subject to change without prior notice. phjl makes no guarantee as to the continuous availability of any specific sport, market, or event on the platform.
  • The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be using such tools will be suspended immediately and any winnings generated through their use will be forfeited.
  • phjl is a mobile-first platform accessible through any standard web browser on Android or iOS devices. No app download is required. Players are responsible for ensuring their device and internet connection are suitable for accessing the platform. phjl is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues on the player's end.

5. VIP Programme

  • The phjl VIP programme is available to eligible players who meet the criteria set by phjl from time to time. Membership in the VIP programme is at the sole discretion of phjl and may be granted, modified, or revoked without prior notice.

  • VIP status does not exempt a player from any of the general Terms and Conditions set out on this page. All VIP members remain bound by the same rules regarding account conduct, identity verification, responsible gaming, and prohibited activities.
  • phjl reserves the right to modify the structure, benefits, and eligibility criteria of the VIP programme at any time. Players will be notified of material changes through their registered account. Continued participation in the VIP programme following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

6. Responsible Gaming

9. Account Suspension and Termination

  • phjl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is a breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or a legal or regulatory obligation to do so.
  • Players may request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting phjl support. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player through their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
  • Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified as soon as reasonably practicable. phjl will endeavour to resolve investigations promptly and fairly, and will communicate the outcome to the player upon conclusion.
